Description

Little Things Get Damaged is a minimalist physics game inspired by marble maze games.

The object of the game is to take the marble out of the maze. The twist is that the marble gets damaged if it hits things too fast or gets crushed by a heavier object.  Try to get a better grade by solving the levels without taking damage!

This game was made in 9 days for the LTGD: Let's Talk Game Jam 2022. The theme of the jam was to make a game with the acronym LTGD. We thought the title Little Things Get Damaged was cute and gave a lot of room for a poetic interpretation. What if the small things to protect were precious emotions that one risks losing as they age? What if life was represented with a maze?

Game looks great and I had a lot of fun playing (it was very therapeutic getting the ball through the maze).

I got stuck a lot, but I love the idea and had a lot of fun with this.

The whole experience makes me feel like I need to protect this tiny, fragile creature in a cruel and unjust world.

awesome! I like the level names, and the crunchy, crayon aesthetic + the damage sounds really sells the fragility.

Love the very gentle take on physics puzzles! Great style and fun quirky gameplay. Nice work!

Really nice game, great mechanics, the ui looks a little out of place but other than that it's pretty goo
